In the past, I would ask my clients to mail or scan me magazine pictures that spoke to them in preparation for their visit to our campus. Now, I can just see what they have saved on Houzz or Pinterest. In mere minutes, I know what galleries we will be focusing on in our showroom, and make the most of our time together.
